At September Coffee Company, we strive for every brew to be perfect, but due to the perishable nature of our fresh-roasted beans, we can only accept returns on unopened non-food merchandise within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with your coffee or received a damaged order, please reach out to our support team for a resolution.
Initiate a Request
Email our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Verification & Approval
Our team will review your request and, if applicable, provide a return shipping label for non-perishable hardware or accessories.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unopened merchandise in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our roastery.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement for damaged coffee orders.
